 During a reading with Annie she told me that she saw an electrical fire in the walls.    Annie told  me that  it would not cause a house fire but she strongly  recommended that we have our wiring checked as we had recently remodeled our home and added an upstairs.   We had been having problems with our electricity shorting out in one section of our home.    Shortly after my reading with Annie we heard a loud pop and smelled smoke but weren't able to locate the problem.   The next day  we had an electrician come to address the problem.   He found within the walls of our attic an electrical box that had a small fire within it as a result of a copper wire attached to an aluminum wire.    The electrician  told us that we were very fortunate that it was contained with in the small electrical box.    Also, I was thinking, years ago Annie recommended that my mom have her thyroid checked out.   She made an apt and that was when she found out that she needed thyroid medication (which she has been on ever since).

        On June 7, 2007, I had a feng shui reading for my house over the   phone with Annie Chen.     Without ever having seen the house, Annie   was able to visualize much of it, and gave me many useful suggestions. In my notes about the bathroom, I wrote "check for leaking water".     Elsewhere in my notes I also wrote "There is a leak somewhere".     Although I did not write down a specific location, I remember   discussing with Annie that it may be outside, maybe towards the back   of the house. After the reading, I checked for water leaks, including both in and   around the outside of the house.   I checked for wet spots on the   ground under and in back of the house.   I did not find anything but   have remained on the lookout. On   September 5, almost three months later, a plumber came to my   house to fix my kitchen sink, which was backing up with water.   I   thought it was a problem with the disposal, so he replaced that, but   it did not fix the problem.   He came back a week later with a pipe   cleaning snake.   He sent the snake through once, but that didn't   clear the pipe.  
    Before doing it a second time, he went under the   house to have a visual look at the pipes to see if he could find a   problem.   He noticed that the pipe connecting the kitchen sink to the   sewer line was heavily corroded, which was probably the cause of the   sink backing up.   As he showed me the different pipes under the house   and their ages, he also looked up at the pipes coming down from the   bottom of the bathroom to point out how old they were. When he looked at the shower drain, he saw the leak!   The wood floor   under the shower stall was wet from a crack in the bottom of the   shower.  
    He estimated the leak may have started around 6 months ago,   and while wood rot had not yet set in, it soon would if I didn't fix   the shower drain. There is no question that this is the leak Annie was referring to in   her reading.   Not only was the leak in the bathroom, where she said   it was, the bathroom is towards the back of the house. The leak is   actually both inside and outside.   While I would probably not have   discovered this leak on my own, or at least until I noticed the wood   starting to rot, I now realize that I should have been much more   thorough and expansive in my search for the leak, which should have   most definitely included looking up under the house where pipes come   through the floor in the bathroom. I am relieved that the leak was found before major damage occurred!

 I have been working with Annie for close to two years, at the recommendation of a close friend. This past summer when I was going on my vacation you said: 


1.     "why are you going on this trip?    I said on vacation.   You said  be careful with what you eat, you might get sick.   I left on my vacation on a Friday and after three days into my trip I was sick for 5 days with stomach problems --diarrhea to be specific--.
  
2.   You recently said that a promotion is on the way for me and is just a matter of paper work, and I just learned that  a promotion has been requested for me and  right now is stuck in somebody's desk. Hopefully it will get approved.
